In the days since Michael Buble posted a certain photo of a woman’s butt on Instagram, some fans have accused the singer of body shaming her.
The photo was originally posted to his social media account on Apr. 13. It featured the singer standing in front of a woman who has her back to the camera. “There was something about this photo lu took ,that seemed worthy of instagram. #myhumps #babygotback #hungryshorts #onlyinmiami #picoftheday #beautifulbum,” he captioned the photo.
There have since been a number of followers who had a message for the singer. Mostly, they are not happy with him for doing it.
@michaelbuble Did you ask her permission to post that? Would you say what you hashtagged to her face?

@michaelbuble You made sure to get her permission first before posting, right? And that she’s not a minor? Way to keep it classy.

@Rob_AntTheKnee that’s something I would never imagine him doing!

@michaelbuble This is disgraceful! You should be ashamed of yourself. Nothing worthy in body shaming! You lost a lot of respect from many

The singer hasn’t responded to the criticism as of press time. But some of his Instagram followers have come to his defense. “In no way do I find this shaming or hurtful,” marbear commented on the photo on Instagram. “Ppl are insane. As a women I dont take offense to this. Not even a little. I probably would’ve done the same! Dont listen to the haters.”
