Michael Brun is having an outstanding year. His track “All I Ever Wanted” was a lead single for Netflix film XOXO, and his previous hit “Wherever I Go” actually made a positive difference with revenues funding The Audio Institute in the producer’s native Haiti. That’s the kind of year that’ll have a guy overflowing with love, and fittingly, that’s the theme of his latest song.
“Jupiter” is the tale of two friends falling into much more. “Tongue Tied” vocalist Roy English is back alongside newcomer Uni. The singers play star-crossing lovers as Brun matches their energy with a tribal beat and interstellar synth melodies. It’s a futuristic take on a tale old as time that marks Brun’s most pop-oriented offering to date. “Jupiter” is out worldwide today on Brun’s Kid Coconut imprint.
