Jon Dorenbos has a tidy career in magic waiting for him when he finishes with football.
The NFL veteran turned up on America’s Got Talent to show-off his other, non-sporting gifts with a few rounds of card tricks.

When Simon Cowell asked the 35-year-old Philadelphia Eagles long snapper what he hoped to achieve by appearing on the TV talent quest, Dorenbos responded: “The NFL stands for Not For Long. So I’ve been lucky here. You’ve always got to have a backup plan that’s pretty good.”
His backup plan sure looks good as the athlete wowed the judges with sleight-of-hand, leaving judges Mel B and Cowell spellbound. Watch the clip below.
