Lauren Mayberry of Chvrches sings on “Here With Me,” the band’s new joint single with the mask-sporting DJ, and she was on hand to grab the mic and share the headliner’s spotlight during his two-hour set.
With the lyrics of the track flashing across the scores of LED screens covering the 360-degree perimeter of the dance floor at the newly-minted KAOS, Mayberry belted out the chorus of “Here With Me” as the room matched her word-for-word.

Mayberry and Marshmello have already teamed up in Sin City once this week, as Chvrches and Marshmello performed the single — which is currently at holding strong at No. 5 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart and No. 53 on the Hot 100 — on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night (April 3). (Kimmel typically shoots in Los Angeles, but production has set up shop in Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theater for a limited engagement this week from his hometown.)
Marshmello is one of several acts — including Cardi B, Travis Scott, J Balvin, Skrillex and more — christening the Palms’ new nightlife destination this weekend, and will return to the booth on Saturday (April 6) to open KAOS’ Dayclub.
