Mandy Moore is bidding adieu to her Los Feliz Mediterranean.
The singer-actress is listing her five-bedroom, five-bathroom, single-family two-story abode, which is nestled on a 0.29-acre lot on a private street in the Eastside’s coveted “Oaks” neighborhood, for $3.19 million.
Built in 1927, the 4,747-square-foot home’s main floor has a reading/sitting room, a formal dining room, a large chef’s kitchen featuring a center island, and an expansive living room complete with a fireplace that extends onto an outdoor patio overlooking a quiet park across the road.
After ascending the home’s magnesite stairs, which are decoratively adorned with wrought-iron railings, arrive on the second floor, which features three guest bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a master suite that opens onto a private balcony.
In the backyard, Moore’s green grounds include a terrace, citrus trees, rose bushes, multiple gardens and sitting areas.
The listing comes nearly 1 1/2 years after the actress and her Grammy-nominated husband, singer Ryan Adams, filed for divorce. She originally purchased the home in October 2002 for $1.7 million. Moore will appear in the fall NBC series This Is Us, which is getting buzz online.
