Dennis Maguire has been appointed president of international for Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE). Maguire reports to Kelley Avery, president of worldwide home entertainment for the motion picture group of Paramount Pictures, and is based in Los Angeles.
In this role, Maguire will be responsible for the division’s sales, marketing and distribution of home entertainment content for the Paramount Motion Picture Group throughout an expansive distribution network covering all countries outside of the United States and Canada. Maguire’s responsibilities also include oversight of PHE’s international efforts for MTV Network Properties, CBS, PBS and Hasbro, and fulfillment services for DreamWorks Animation Home Entertainment.
An industry veteran, Maguire spent 23 years at Buena Vista Home Entertainment (BVHE), where he served in a variety of executive roles including senior VP of sales and distribution and most recently as president of BVHE, where he oversaw all international sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution of the company’s home entertainment products.
