Madonna is the proud mama of six, and this Father’s Day, she’s shouting out her “momdad” status and her bond with her kids — and fondly remembering her father as well.
The Queen of Pop posted a quick, goofy selfie on Sunday (June 17) complete with a cartoonish filter and pink leopard ears to wish herself a happy Father’s Day.
Madonna’s family grew from five to seven back in the winter of 2017, when she adopted Esther and Stella, twin four-year-old girls from Malawi. The twins joined their older siblings Lourdes (21), Rocco (17), David Banda (12) and Mercy James (12), and they’re all giving Madonna a reason to celebrate parenthood this weekend.
She also posted a throwback photo as a tribute to her father, Silvio Ciccone, and praised “all the dads who really show up!”
