Universal Motown released a new song by Lyndsay Lohan titled “Bossy” to media outlets today (May 7). The track features the raspy-voiced actor/singer’s dominating side as she rhymes about liking things her way over simple drums.
Although unclear who produced the track, FoxNews.com recently reported Lohan was in the studio with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Pharrell and Timbaland for her as-yet-untitled third album. The label had no comment as of press time.
Lohan’s debut album, 2004’s “Speak,” released via her previous label Casablanca, sold 1.1 million copies to date in the United States according to Nielsen SoundScan. Her sophomore effort, 2005’s “A Little More Personal,” has sold 305,000.
In related news, Lohan’s 14-year-old sister Ali is also reportedly recording her own album to be released via Universal Music Group’s Interscope via Maloof Music, according to the site.
