One Direction fans have always been known to go to bat for the boys against anyone who might wrong them, and that undying love was the case again Monday when Australian radio DJ Ash London seemingly disrespected Louis Tomlinson.
Tomlinson appeared on London’s show 2DayFM, co-hosted by Ash Williams and Ed Kavalee. During the interview’s introduction, the three joked about everything from the singer being the least popular of the band (“He’s not Harry Styles, basically,” one says) and his “ratty facial hair.”
Fans, in typical 1D fandom form, immediately took to Twitter to threaten London and express their unhappiness toward her bullying.
The wave of hate tweets caused the radio personality to temporarily set her Twitter account to private. Soon after, she came back with a short note defending herself.

The hate continued with fans pointing out that there was no apology in her note, to which London posted another tweet about her “tough day” with a somewhat sorry-not-sorry connotation.

Louis himself then joined in to fuel the flames. He advised London to “stay on private for a bit longer,” which would likely be a good decision on her part as the hate has yet to subside almost a day later.
Probs best to stay on private for a bit longer love ! —
