Louis Futon knows how to flip a quick remix.
Yesterday (May 3), the producer posed a question to his Facebook audience, asking them which song he should sample to make a beat with and the people chose Kendrick Lamar’s “PRIDE” off of his latest album DAMN. He walked viewers through the process step-by-step, from chopping up the sample to adding chords.
Fans loved what Futon did with the track and so he threw it up on SoundCloud for us all to enjoy on a loop. This new release follows his latest single “Surreal” featuring RKCB. Watch the video below and check the tour dates so you can see Futon work his magic IRL.
