Outkast, Arctic Monkeys, Cake and Grouplove are among some of the big names headlining this year’s LouFest in St. Louis this year. The two-day festival will bring 40 bands to Forest Park’s Central Field on September 6-7.

This year marks the annual festival’s fifth year. Promoters expect it to surpass last year’s 30,000-person attendance, with the introduction of a fourth stage and the most bands yet. The bill also includes Matt & Kim, Portugal. The Man, Future Islands, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Kelis, Washed Out, RAC and Delta Spirit, among others.
Featured bands from the St. Louis area include bluegrass combo Old Salt Union, indie rockers Pretty Little Empire, and the funk-soul outfit Big Brother Thunder and The Master Blasters.
Tickets go on sale today at 10am CT through loufest.com/tickets. Two-day passes cost $95, VIP passes are $350. Kids 12 and under get into the festival for free, with a ticketed adult.
