Los Angeles duo Lost Kings are ending their year strong with “Don’t Call,” a nighttime dance-pop record featuring smooth vocals, airy drum hits and a rigid house bassline. The release follows their star-studded single “First Love” featuring Sabrina Carpenter, which is nearing 10 million streams on Spotify.
“‘Don’t Call’ is a really special song to us,” Rob Abisi of Lost Kings tells Billboard. “We had some amazing sessions with some awesome writers and developed ‘Don’t Call’ from scratch. This song shows a side of us that fans haven’t seen yet. We live in L.A. and are constantly inspired by the city, and we think the nighttime L.A. vibe shows in ‘Don’t Call.'”
