
Summer’s in full swing, and if it’s too hot for you outside, chill out this week with some cool livestream concerts.
Most live events and large gatherings remain in hold throughout the country due to the coronavirus crisis, leading artists to continue the trend of livestreaming shows to connect with fans.
With music venues still shut down from coast to coast, here’s your guide to the best live-streamed music content right now, for the week of Aug. 17. As additional events are announced for the week, we’ll add them to this list.

August 17: Disclosure will stream a DJ set from the Plitvice Lakes in Croatia at 1:00 p.m. ET on Facebook.
Every Monday night, Metallica streams previous concerts at 8:00 p.m. ET. Tonight they’ll stream their Sept. 11, 2011 show from Yankee Stadium on their YouTube channel.
August 18: Every Tuesday, The Band of Heathens puts on a livestream called the Good Time Supper Club at 7:30 p.m. CDT. Today’s special guest is Bruce Robison.
Daughtry’s Live From Home livestream tour continues at 7:00 p.m. EST from from The Birchmere in Alexandria, Virginia. Each show features a unique setlist, a Q&A session, song requests, and special surprises. A percentage of the ticket proceeds from each respective city venue host’s website goes directly to that venue. Learn more here.
The SiriusXM Pandora Playback series returns today with an in-depth conversation with rapper K Camp and a behind-the-scenes look at his recording studio. The K Camp session, hosted by Pandora’s Director of Hip Hop, J1, will be streamed at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. Fans can RSVP here.
August 19: The Seth Concert Series, hosted by musical director and Sirius XM Star Seth Rudetsky, presents a live concert from Stephanie J. Block. It’s now available on demand for a limited time only, through Sept. 1. Tickets are available here.
August 20: The 2020 NEA Jazz Masters Tribute Concert webcast takes place at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to honor Dorthaan Kirk (A.B. Spellman Jazz Masters Fellowship for Jazz Advocacy), Bobby McFerrin, Roscoe Mitchell and Reggie Workman. Eli Winter performs a record release show for Unbecoming at Chicago’s Hideout at 8 p.m. Central. You can watch the livestream here; suggested donation of $10 goes 80/20 to the venue and the show.
Faouzia will release her debut STRIPPED: Live In Concert performance at 9:00 p.m. EST on her YouTube channel.
August 21: “Brothers Osborne: Let’s Play Live,” presented by Lighting Link goes live here at 8 p.m. ET. Brothers Osborne will perform a show filled with hits. During the concert, fans will be encouraged to donate to ACM Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund to be disbursed to individuals in the Country Music community who are currently in need of pandemic relief assistance.
August 22: RADIO.COM will be streaming a special virtual performance & interview from country group Rascal Flatts. The digital event kicks off at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT and is available on RADIO.COM, Facebook and Twitter.
KT Tunstall will perform Live From the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara, Calif., at noon PT. Details are here: proceeds from the show will go towards supporting the Lobero Theatre and a donation will be made to NIVA, the National Independent Venue Association.
August 23: John Cameron Mitchell and Bitch will be going live at 6:30 with Lance Horne and Special Guests.
