Online radio network Live365 has announced an exclusive agreement with Ronning Lipset Radio, an advertising representation company.
Ronning Lipset will represent Live365 to advertisers seeking a presence on the network. The company will sell 30- and 60-second audio spots to be carried on Live365’s network of more than 20,000 stations.
Live365 claims that its listeners average 50 minutes per session, with the most ardent ones tuning in for an average of 32 hours per month.
Live365 has created a number of strategic partnerships in recent months, including agreements with information provider Radio and Records and music technology firm Broadjam.
Live365’s programming is distributed through live365.com, Apple iTunes, RealPlayer, Terra.com and Windows Media Center.
Ronning Lipset recently announced a similar deal to sell advertising for AOL’s radio channels.
