Golfer Patrick Reed made many new fans after his epic Masters victory on the weekend. Lil Wayne is among them.
The hip-hop star was on hand to watch Reed capture his first title as he outlasted compatriots Jordan Spieth and Rickie Fowler in a thrilling final round.
Wayne took to Twitter to brag about his great day out at Augusta National, which he described as one “of the most pristine and prestigious experiences ever.”
The rapper also gave a shout out to Reed and Northern Ireland star Rory McIlroy and promised he’d be back. “I’m sure I’ve lost weight due to all the walking! I loved every min of it!!,” Wayne added.
Weezy’s a long-time golf fanatic who always tunes into the Masters and often shares his thoughts on the action. He’s yet to share his thoughts, however, on precisely when Tha Carter V will drop. Check out his tweets below.
