“The Middle” is Zedd‘s biggest hit since his Ariana Grande collaboration “Break Free” in 2014. The tune was co-produced with Zedd’s friends Grey and sung by the incomparable Maren Morris, but a recent cover by Liam Payne has the Russian DJ gushing, too.
The former One Direction singer stopped by the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge in May to cover the tune with his full band, and last night (June 20), he performed “The Middle” live in concert for the first time.
Zedd shared a clip of the performance (originally captured by Billboard) on his Instagram Story, officially smacking it with the Zedd seal of approval. We think you’ll like it, too.
