In the middle of the show, Benjamin McHardy asked beau Scott Goodhill to marry him on their ninth anniversary. The crowd — as well as the gay-friendly singer herself — roared with excitement and applause. McHardy, who matched Kylie’s feathery outfit in a chicken costume, got the fashion approval from the “Locomotion” singer, as she noted his “really spectacular outfit.”
Minogue said it was “an honor and a privilege,” adding yet another exciting music moment to 2011’s LGBT Pride month.
