A giant pink neon sign spelling out “Kylie.” Pink and white M&Ms with her Paper Magazine April 2016 cover shoot on them. And the iconic lip kit wall that has appeared at every pop-up shop. These are some of the first things any visitor of the Kylie Cosmetics Office will find, according to Kylie Jenner’s online tour video posted yesterday (Oct. 10).
The makeup mogul explained how the interior was created entirely from scratch, with nearly every final touch decorated with her signature pink accent. And Jenner’s devotion to “creating art with our products” is also streamlined throughout the space, as seen in her stack of magazines featuring every time a famed member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan (or the whole family) appeared on the cover.
Aside from the lip kit wall showcasing every swatch of natural tones she’s produced for her billion-dollar business, Jenner also frames every lip kit box on a separate wall that “represents growth for me and my brand.”
Even though the 2015-born brand feels like a one-woman operation, Jenner addressed how she vows to make the rest of her team feel comfortable at work with two drink fridges, a coffee station with pink-and-white paper straws and a communal dining area.
And for the matriarch Jenner? She gets her own alcohol station (“She requested this. This is her little touch… of course,” her youngest added) and her private office.
The love between a mother and daughter only continues to be seen throughout the facility: The 22-year-old businesswoman keeps a framed photo of her and her daughter Stormi in her immediate office “because she is my biggest motivator without really knowing it” and tucks her into her bedroom/playroom adjoining the office.
But turn the corner and it’s all about Kylie Skin, her most recent business venture from earlier this year that’s solely dedicated to skincare products.
The joint showroom for both of Jenner’s companies chronicles each of her products, from the birth of her birthday collection to the love affair behind her Valentine’s Day medley to the sisterly appreciation shown in their Koko Collection and KKW Fragrance collaboration.
The overall luxury of the Kylie Cosmetics office space ranges from oversized photoshoot props of fake rolled money to the money roses personally gifted from Alexander Wang.
