With every success story comes great sacrifice. Dance-pop duo Krewella reminds their fans of this with the release of their New World Pt. 1 EP.
“Seven years ago, we quit school & our side jobs to dedicate ourselves to Krewella,” the duo says. “In honor of that day we are releasing the New World EP Pt.1! We poured our hearts & souls into this one, had a f—ing blast, dug into our cultural roots, and experimented more.”
The seven-track effort includes previously released singles “Team,” “Be There” and “Love Outta Me,” in addition to four new tracks that capture the group’s upbeat crossover style.
New World also pays homage to the Yousaf sisters’ Pakistani heritage with the incorporation of Middle Eastern-influenced melodies. Listen to the EP below:
