
Kelly Clarkson is the host of this year’s Billboard Music Awards, and she got a little practice round of hosting while appearing on The Ellen Show Thursday (April 26).
The Ellen stage was completely transformed into The Kelly Show, complete with a desk, a theme song and a coffee mug. After a few questions, Clarkson dove into her imaginary show’s “classic bit”: karaoke. With a press of the red button on her desk, the screen behind them shuffled to choose “Since U Been Gone” as the song selection. DeGeneres, Clarkson and the crowd all began to belt out the hit 2007 single.
She also took the stage to perform her uplifting ballad “I Don’t Think About You,” hitting every high note effortlessly. Watch below.
