“This is Kesha’s friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn’t have access to twitter right now,” the update began. “she says ‘THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I’m overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I’ll be back soon and better than ever.”
‘Timber’ Remains Atop the Hot 100
Ke$ha’s friend concluded, “ohhh and she can’t believe Timber is still number one! ‘Fck YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!'” “Timber,” Ke$ha’s collaboration with Pitbull, spent its second week atop the Hot 100 chart last week.
Following Ke$ha’s admission to a rehab center, the singer’s mother, Pebe Sebert, accused Ke$ha’s longtime collaborator Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald of causing her daughter’s health problems, which the producer subsequently denied. Ke$ha’s next concert is still scheduled for Feb. 13 in Dubai.
