March Madness kicks off next week, and with good basketball comes good music. The NCAA announced that Katy Perry will headline the Capital One JamFest as part of the 2019 NCAA March Madness Music Series in Minneapolis, with Zedd as the opener.
Perry and Zedd just released the futuristic dancehall banger “365” together last month, with a truly robotic video to match (watch below).
The March Madness Music Series spans April 5-7 at The Armory in Minneapolis and will provide fans with star-studded entertainment during Men’s Final Four weekend. The series kicks off with the AT&T Block Party on Friday, April 5, followed by Coca-Cola Music on Saturday, April 6, and ends with Perry and Zedd’s performance on Sunday, April 7. Performers for AT&T Block Party and Coca-Cola Music will be announced in the coming weeks.
Capital One cardholders can access the free passes early, starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. CT through March 22 at 10 a.m. CT. Registration for the general public begins March 22 at noon CT. More information for Capital One JamFest can be found here.
