For Kim Kardashian‘s 34th birthday bash, her hubby, Kanye West, joined his wife in Las Vegas to celebrate her big day. The Sin City fete took place at the Venetian Hotel and Casino’s TAO nightclub on Friday (Oct. 24).

He was already in town for the Life is Beautiful festival.
At the festival, Kanye opened up about hitting the bash post-show. “Y’all just have to understand how happy I am right now in all actuality,” West told the audience. “I’m just happy to see my daughter’s first smile and how happy I am to see my beautiful wife, who is here with me, and we’re going to celebrate her birthday again at Tao tonight.”
E! News reports that other partygoers included Matt Kemp, Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. DJ Eric D-lux spun a few Kanye tracks, including “Bound 2,” which was played as her birthday cake was brought out.
Of course, what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas thanks to social media. Kim posted several snapshots from the party, featuring her pals, including BFF Jonathan Cheban, to her Instagram account.
Kim also revealed that the rapper gifted her with something that their daughter, North, helped him create.
“He got me this purse and it was really pretty painted,” she told E! News. “And my computer was open next to the gift and I was trying to figure out why it was there and I pressed play and it was a video of her actually painting it. She spent hours getting paint all over herself and painting this purse and he captured it all. It was so, so sweet.”
On Oct. 22, Kim’s actual birthday, Kanye tweeted out some birthday love for his wife. “Happy Birthday baby! Thank you for being the dopest wife & mom!” he wrote. “Sometimes I feel like just saying I love you isn’t strong enough to express how much I love you…”
