Cheers to the Grammys!
Music’s biggest night is just days away, and 1800 Tequila shared two cocktail recipes this week featuring their new ultra-premium expression, 1800 Cristalino — and they’re easy to make for any at-home or virtual Grammy viewing parties.
The “1800 Multi-Platinum Mule” calls for 2 oz. of 1800 Cristalino, 3/4 oz. of ginger syrup, 3/4 oz. of lime juice and one 1 teaspoon of Allspice Dram, all shaken with ice. Pour the mixture into a rocks glass with fresh ice, and top with a splash of soda water.
For those who like fruity drinks, the “1800 High Note Highball” calls for 1 1/2 oz. of 1800 Cristalino, 1 oz. of pomegranate juice, 1/2 oz. of simple syrup and soda water stirred in a highball glass.
The sleek tequila brand has gotten the stamp of approval by a number of music stars, including Kali Uchis, who is up for the best dance recording Grammy this year for her “10%” collaboration with Kaytranada. The “Telepatía” singer appeared in a campaign for the beverage in December.
Greatness comes from forging your own path. @KALIUCHIS always follows her taste, wherever it may take her. Toast to the bold with 1800 Cristalino: Crystal clear añejo tequila. pic.twitter.com/ZktnZmKfFq
