Kacey Musgraves and her saddle-disco ball hybrid turned Saturday Night Live into a dance floor fit for both a honky tonk and a night club straight out of the ’70s last night (May 13).
The country star performed two tracks off her latest album, the chart-topping Golden Hour. She started with “High Horse,” putting a spin on it that was a little more Saturday Night Fever than Saturday Night Live beneath a rhinestone-studded saddle instead of a typical mirrorball. She then wrapped with the acoustic daydream of album-opener “Slow Burn.”
Musgraves is gearing up to join Harry Styles on the North American leg of his world tour, which kicks off June 5 in Dallas, Texas.
