Justin Bieber knows how to make the ladies–especially Hailey Baldwin–swoon.
The singer was seen singing “Cold Water,” his hit collaboration with Major Lazer and MØ, outside Buckingham Palace in London on Tuesday (Sept. 18). He serenaded a group of fans, including his fiancee Hailey Baldwin.
Bieber and Baldwin were in London for the model’s Adidas fashion show. The pair reportedly tied the knot on September 13 in a New York courthouse, though Baldwin denied the rumor in a since-deleted tweet.
