Justin Bieber will perform at Sunday’s awards show at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan. What Beliebers anticipate to be a spectacular stage stint comes only a few weeks before the release of Purpose on Nov. 13. Will Bieber perform “What Do You Mean?” Or perhaps more likely he’ll showcase his first live performance of new Skrillex collaboration “Sorry,” which is officially released Friday.
