
Heavyweight pop star Justin Bieber shared a bit of his swag with super welterweight boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. in vegas last night (May 5).
Biebs, along with rapper 50 Cent and WWE wrestler Triple H, had the honor of escorting Mayweather into the ring before the boxer’s highly anticipated fight with Miguel Cotton at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand arena. The 18-year-old chart-topper, who carried two of Mayweather’s championship belts into the arena before the fight, was also the first to congratulate the 35-year-old boxer after he defeated Cotto.

According to reports, Bieber joined Mayweather in the dressing room before the event and sat just feet away from trainer Roger Mayweather and the rest of Mayweather’s self-proclaimed “Money Team” during the fight. Lil Wayne, who was also in attendance, joined the superstar celebration in the ring after the unanimous decision was made.
Bieber Discusses Giving Back to Charities
Earlier in the day, Bieber shared his support of the Michigan fighter and revealed his excitement about the match on twitter, saying: “cinco de mayo…. #MayweatherCotto yeah @FloydMayweather today is a BIG day.” Mayweather kept the bromance going when he tweeted back: ‘@justinbieber keep up the great work and thanks for the support #TheMoneyTeam. Enjoy the fight.” After the fight, Bieber responded: “@FloydMayweather Hard Work & Dedication . congrats champ. glad i could be a part of it.”
