
Pop music pals Justin Bieber and Chris Brown hit the recording studio together on Monday (July 18) to work on new material, a rep for Brown has confirmed to Billboard.com.
The singers, who most recently collaborated on Brown’s “F.A.M.E.” track “Next 2 You,” were spotted at the Record Plant in Hollywood. The following morning, Bieber posted on Twitter, “studio #NEWMUSIC.”

According to Rap-Up.com, Bieber is working on a new album with producers like Nate “Danja” Hills and Bangladesh. The 17-year-old pop star has recently been busy crashing weddings with girlfriend Selena Gomez and joining campaigns that discourage texting while driving, while Brown, whose “F.A.M.E.” hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in March, drew a record crowd at a “Today Show” performance last week. In addition to “Next 2 You,” Bieber and Brown have collaborated on a remix to Bieber’s track “Up.”
