The “machine” (created by Stewart’s production team) spits out a quote from Trump’s kickoff speech at the press of a button, presumably because they are preposterous enough to make just about anyone laugh. (Okay, maybe not Neil Young just yet.)

“I’m going through withdrawal — I need me some Donald,” Stewart said in the middle of a segment on global trade.
“Any time I feel like the world’s getting me down or boring me, and there’s nothing to look forward to, I just give myself a little slice of his kickoff speech,” he added before hitting the button.

Press it once: “I’m really rich!” Trump replies. Press it again, he continues: “How stupid are our leaders?”
