
It was too little, too late once pop star JoJo dropped by the Billboard offices and challenged senior editor Alex Gale to an epic game of musical word association, in which the contestants had to sing song lyrics that contained the names of NFL teams.
The “Leave (Get Out)” singer dusted off her deep catalog of musical references and proved she still has those pipes that made her a breakout sensation when she released her debut album back in 2004. She’s now gearing up to release her third album later this year, after a legal battle with previous label Blackground Records put her on the sidelines for almost a decade.
