Singer/songwriter John Mayer has begun lining up 2004 tour dates, starting Feb. 14 in Vancouver. Thus far, only eight dates are on tap, including a previously announced March 2 appearance at RodeoHouston. Maroon5 will serve as the tour’s opening act.
