The stars showed off their red, white and blue spirit for the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday (Jan. 20).
Chrissy Teigen and Randy Rainbow couldn’t get over the performances by Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks, while Justin Timberlake and Katy Perry, who are a part of the lineup for Wednesday night’s Celebrating America primetime special, were living for the fist-bumping and female-empowering moments.
Mariah Carey cried tears of joy, Missy Elliott captured her “mood” with the happy dance from her “4 My People” music video, and Bette Midler tweeted she could finally “breathe again.”
Even Irish superstars Niall Horan and U2 marveled at the historic day in American history.
See the stars’ reactions below.

but today her flame burns bright as we watch her torch transfer to two new leaders who will calm the waters, even while they chart a new course. Joe Biden understands that in perilous times like these it is Yeats’ concept of cold passion that’s required…
