Jimmy Fallon is reprising his impersonation of Bernie Sanders with a little help from viral hit, Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road.”
Fallon’s geriatric spin on the tune, dubbed “Old Town Hall,” shows him dressed as the presidential hopeful trying to garner votes in an increasingly crowded Democratic race. “I’m gonna talk to voters at the old town hall/I’m gonna tell ‘em we don’t need no wall/I’m gonna rant and rave about billionaires/Ain’t gonna take a break to comb my hair,” the talk show host changes the hook.
In the clip, Fallon (as Sanders) rides around on a senior mobility scooter and is joined by Black Thought from The Roots to provide a rap verse. Democratic primary debates begin in June. Watch the hilarious parody in full below.
