Jessie J has canceled the three remaining dates on her Australian tour due to illness.
The British singer’s shows at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena (March 17), Adelaide’s AEC Theatre (March 18) and Perth’s Crown Theatre (March 20) have been nixed, after she played Brisbane and Sydney over the weekend.

“Due to sudden illness I have unfortunately been medically advised to cancel my three remaining shows in Australia, so I can give myself time to rest and get better,” she says in a statement issued by the trek’s promoter, Frontier Touring. “I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause my fans in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. If I could magic myself better and be there I would. I can’t wait to perform for you all in the future. Thank you for your support.”
Jessie J will return to Australia later this year to join the coaching panel of the fourth season of Channel Nine’s hit show The Voice, along with fellow coaches Joel and Benji Madden, Delta Goodrem and Ricky Martin. The series is still listed as “coming soon.”

It’s not the first time Jessie J has abruptly canceled shows in Australia citing illness. She pulled out of a pair of Perth gigs in 2012 due to “vocal exhaustion.”
Her next live show is booked for April 29 at New York’s Webster Hall followed by a May 6 date at Montreal’s Metropolis.
