Jeremy Scott and A$AP Rocky pose ready to rumble on the cover of Complex‘s February/March issue. The creative two, in Adidas Originals, resurrect the iconic Warhol/ Basquiat poster from 1985.
A$AP Rocky Talks Upcoming Projects, $3 Milli Deal and More
Jeremy Scott and A$AP Rocky are both known for their fashion forward panache. Scott, who dresses everyone from Katy Perry to Rihanna, is infamous for taking fashion one level over the top and sold out Adidas collection. A$AP took notice of Jeremy Scott’s work, name dropping the designer in a few of his songs off his mixtape, “Live Love A$AP.”
The union continues with a candid conversation about their individual careers, fashion and music, and homosexuality. “I can still be greatly inspired by a homosexual,” A$AP tells Complex. “It has nothing to do with their sexuality. If I start discriminating against people, that will stop me as a person. That’s ignorant. What the f*ck does that have to do with anything? It’s not like I want to date this motherf*cker — I’m inspired by this dude.”
You can cop the issue when it hits newsstands on Feb. 7.
