There’s something very fitting about the men of Jane’s Addiction (and Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro in particular) converging on Houdini’s old estate in Southern California for a big photo shoot in support of new album, “The Great Escape Artist.” Sense a theme? The album — JA’s first studio album since 2003’s “Strays” — is due Oct. 18., and second single “Irresistible Force” is ascending the Rock Songs chart right now.
