It’s not exactly Clark Rockefeller or that guy who claimed he was a founding member of Sha Na Na, but we’ll take any imposter-related news we can get.
According to its “spies” in the field, Page Six is reporting that a young woman was spotted in New York City over the weekend claiming to be the daughter of former Cablevision CEO James Dolan.
One minor issue with that: Dolan, who is executive chairman of the Madison Square Garden Company and owns the New York Knicks, has six sons but no daughters.
Describing her as “animated,” the gossip arm of the New York Post writes that the imposter was seen lying about being Dolan’s offspring while tussling with a group of women at the East Village bar 7B.
“Someone accidentally bumped this woman and she went over to their group and started yelling, ‘My father owns Madison Square Garden,'” said the source. “She kept saying she was his daughter and was accusing these girls of looking at her. She called one of them ‘a basic bitch from bumf - - k Kentucky.'”
But that’s not all. The woman apparently “kept screaming” about her not-dad and capped off the episode by flashing “everyone at the bar.”
