Rihanna‘s lingerie brand, Savage x Fenty, saluted three women as part of International Women’s Day 2020 on Sunday (March 8).
The line, known for its flirty designs and tongue-in-cheek social media presence, added a fun twist as it celebrated founder Rihanna, as well as Savage x Fenty ambassadors Normani and Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney.
“#SavageXFenty loves to celebrate the baddest of the bad during #WomensHistoryMonth,” the Instagram caption begins. “That’s why on this #InternationalWomensDay we’re celebrating three Xceptional women who have blazed a path for young women all over the world & are all-around bad asses!”
The post highlights Rihanna’s charitable efforts with the Clara Lionel Foundation, running three brands (FENTY, Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty) and her artistry. Normani gets recognized for her chart success and superb dance skills (“She’s won multiple awards & inspires girls & women all over the world. What CAN’T she do??”), while Sweeney’s acting talents are honored (“Now she’s got more greatness coming”).
Along with Savage x Fenty, Lady Gaga, Shakira, Kylie Minogue, Kelly Rowland and more took part in championing International Women’s Day.
