Bilingual, bicultural network mun2 announced a new line-up that increases interactivity and regional Mexican programming.
The network’s programming for 2009 includes four new studio shows, airing of popular Telemundo soap “Sin Senos No Hay Paraíso” with English subtitles, and two interactive, music-driven shows, “What Up PPl” and “Reventon Countdown.”
“Reventon Countdown,” a spin off existing show “Reventón,” launches Jan. 22 and will air regional Mexican videos with viewers able to vote for favourites online. “What Up PPl,” which premieres Jan. 19, will also allow viewers to request tunes which will air with dedications on screen.
Returning shows include “One Nation,” dedicated to urban music, “Reventón, and countdown show “18 + Countdown.”
