Ali Partovi, CEO of iLike, an Internet social music discovery service, will keynote the fourth annual Leadership Music Digital Summit on April 22 at Belmont University in Nashville.
U.S. Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn; Ted Cohen, managing partner, TAG Strategic; Richard Conlon, VP of marketing and business development, BMI; Russ Crupnick, VP/senior industry analyst, the NPD Group; Dorrian Porter, founder and CEO, Mozes; and Jeff Yapp, executive VP of program enterprises, MTV Networks are among those scheduled to participate in the summit.
Billboard’s group editorial director Tamara Conniff and director of charts/senior analyst Geoff Mayfield will also participate.
Registration for LMDS 2008 is still open to the public via digitalsummit.org for a rate of $179. A discounted rate of $129 is still available to alumni of Leadership Music, and a special student rate of $39 is also available.
Billboard is a sponsor of the event, which will take place at Belmont’s Curb Event Center.
