The Twitter battle of Azalea vs. Azealia continues to rage.
After Azealia Banks blasted Iggy Azalea yesterday (Dec. 3) for allegedly stealing from black culture without caring about the issues associated with it (in this case, the Eric Garner controversy), Iggy has fired back.

“Theres more to sparking a change than trolling on social media,” Azalea tweeted early today (Dec. 4). “World issues shouldn’t be used as a poor excuse to promote fan battles.” She went on to share a link to a Bustle article, suggesting ways people can help “Ferguson, its protesters, and Mike Brown’s family.”

Like many others around the country, Azealia Banks took to Twitter to express herself and vent her frustration with the news that an NYPD officer would not be indicted for the apparent chokehold death of Eric Garner. She singled out Azalea’s apparent lack of Twitter activism:
its funny to see people Like Igloo Australia silent when these things happen… Black Culture is cool, but black issues sure aren’t huh?

And yes, “Igloo Australia” went on to become a trending topic.
