In recent years, former N.W.A. member Ice Cube has become involved in more family-friendly outlets, such as his “Are We There Yet?” films and TV show. Now, for his next act, he’s selling you cereal.
The rapper/actor appeared on “Conan” Wednesday night (Jan. 12) to promote the “Are We Done Yet?” TV series in which he is executive producing and playing a recurring role.
Upon his entrance, the topic immediately shifted to Ice’s demeanor, which host Conan O’Brien described as often being “intimidating.” As a result, Conan declares that his guest could do “a tough, menacing, frightening commercial for Cocoa Pebbles” (later corrected by Conan sidekick Andy Richter as being Cocoa Puffs).
