After eight years and 13 sailings, Holy Ship! ditches the boat and makes a home in the Dominican Republic. Organizer HARD has announced a four night all-inclusive resort experience called Holy Ship! Wrecked, and it comes to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for late January 2020.
The new edition will completely take over the resort, building an outdoor main stage and other festival-grade stages around the property. The Insomniac-backed event promises DJs and producers from the house, bass and techno worlds. Beach and pool parties will be part of the daily programming across the resort’s 12 pools, complete with four swim-up bars and a lazy river. The location also includes on-site clubs and terraces.
The popular sunrise set will now take place on the beach, and returning fans can expect OG parties and gifts. Artist-hosted activities, theme nights and label showcases remain, with additional amenities including complimentary, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, complimentary meals across nine of the resort’s restaurants and free high-speed Internet. Additional-charge amenities include casinos, a golf course, a spa and excursions.
Festival-goers will reside in private guest suites, averaging about three-times the size of cruise cabins. Suites come with mini-bars, jacuzzi tubs, 24-hour room service and private balconies.
Holy Ship! Wrecked comes to life Wednesday to Sunday, Jan. 22 to 26, 2020. Watch the promotional video below and learn more at holyship.com.
