Holly Holm has become a household name after knocking out Ronda Rousey at UFC 193, but that doesn’t mean nothing scares the Bantamweight Champion.
In the media whirlwind following the fight, Holm crossed paths with Beyoncé and Jay Z this past weekend at the Miguel Cotto/Canelo Alvarez match in Las Vegas — and got stunned herself.

“I meet Jay Z and he says, ‘This is my wife,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, hi, what’s your name?’” Holm told KRQE News. “Because that’s what I do when I meet someone’s wife. And as I’m shaking her hand, I’m thinking, ‘Why did I just say that? Why did I just say that to Beyoncé?’”
Luckily, Bey is class in a glass (as is Holm), and when Holm apologized for the word vomit, the Queen replied, “Oh no, it’s fine.” All was not lost — except for Holly Holm’s chill, which is totally justified.
