Well, well, well. Look what we’ve got here.
Apparently, infamous hip-hop groupie Kat Stacks, whose real name is Andrea Herrera-Cardena, might get deported back to her birthplace of Venezuela following an arrest last week in Nashville, TN. According to Vibe Magazine, the Nashville Criminal Justice Center says there’s a 90% chance Stacks will be deported this week due to an arrest under an immigration hold.
21-year-old Stacks is currently being held without bail at the Nashville Correctional Development Center for females. “She didn’t get arrested for a state charge, so she must’ve missed an immigration court date in the past,” a police assistant at Nashville’s CJC told Vibe. “Once that happens they start looking for you and once they got you… it’s a wrap.”
According to the arrest document, she’s still awaiting trial and no bond was set.
Although deportation is not fun for anyone, all I can say is karma’s truly a bitch. Good luck with this one, Stacks.
In related news, Soulja Boy — who Kat Stacks allegedly had a relationship with and accused of having a drug addiction — recently told The Juice that he feels her allegations were bigger than her. “I think somebody was aiming at me and targeting me and hired her to set me up,” he said. “Like, what regular girl would do that?” Umm, a girl that puts her sexacapes on front street, among other things, is NOT a “regular girl,” SB. Just saying.
But being the good sport he is, Soulja Boy said he takes the whole ordeal as “publicity. It gives ya’ll something to talk about when y’all see me. I don’t really let it get to me. I got too much swag.”
