The Harry Fox Agency has licensed All Access Today for its Live in a Flash program, which offers concertgoers USB wristbands with audio copies of the concert performance after the end of a show.
The arrangement under HFA’s Express Live mechanical license agreement permits the company to reproduce and distribute those compositions recorded during the show that are owned or controlled by an HFA-affiliated publisher.
The licenses are limited to product recorded at live concerts and sold to consumers either at the concert venue or through direct online sales.
Gary Churgin, president/CEO of HFA, and Chris Guggenheim, CEO of All Access Today, announced the deal today.
