Harry Hudson broke into the music scene earlier this year with his debut album Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night. Although the New Jersey native has been creating music since 2013, his diagnosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma later that year put his career on hold until he overcame his illness. The release of his debut album was accompanied by a 16-minute short film, Can Cowboys Cry, which now has more than 700,000 views on YouTube.
Hudson’s pop-Americana sound shines through in his catchy single “Whenimma.” The beautifully shot music video for the track was just released Tuesday (Oct. 9), following the style of his previously released videos. Hudson dances around the fire with friends, shares some steamy scenes with his love interest and wanders around the desert in a very modern-day cowboy style. Jaden Smith, fellow MSFTS member, also makes an appearance throughout the video.
The singer/songwriter will kick off his first tour in Portland, Ore., on Nov. 7. The full list of shows and tickets can be found at harryhudsonmusic.com/tour.
