Billboard caught up with the band Haim on the red carpet at last night’s Grammy Awards to chat about their next album and bumping into Kendrick Lamar. Watch the interview below, and make sure to stick around until the end, when the three sisters invented a Grammy-jingle on the spot.
Danielle Haim recently made headlines when she didn’t make it to a pre-Grammys parties due to a car accident, but she told Billboard that it was a “fender-bender, not a big deal.” All three sisters emphasized that they “don’t care” which category they were in or what their odds of winning were — they were set on enjoying the moment. (They lost best new artist to Sam Smith.) “We definitely thought that we were gonna get here and give in our tickets and they were gonna be like, ‘counterfeit!” said Alana.
In true Haim style, the sisters brought their parents to the event as well.
