An eclectic lineup of rock and electronica acts will perform this spring at Global Gathering, the first U.S. edition of the long-running European festival. The event will be held March 18 at Miami’s Bicentennial Park. Among the top names confirmed are Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie, Avenged Sevenfold, Sasha and Digweed, Deep Dish and Coheed & Cambria.
The festival is being staged in the United States thanks to Track Entertainment, which has previously produced the Rolling Rock Town Fair and Pepsi Smash Live. Tickets start at $55 and are on sale now via GlobalGatheringFestival.com.
Other artists set to appear at Global Gathering include the Alkaline Trio, Rise Against, Killswitch Engage, Shinedown, Flyleaf and Lacuna Coil from the world of rock, while Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Steve Lawler, Roger Sanchez and Charles Feelgood round out the electronica/dance portion of the bill.
Adam Freeland, Stanton Warriors, Rennie Pilgrem, Uberzone (live), Freq Nasty, Evil Nine and K-Swing will perform on a stage devoted to breakbeat.
